Three-year Euro ban for Panathinaikos

Greece’s oldest football club Panathinaikos have been banned from European competition for three seasons for failing to pay their debts, Uefa has announced. The Athens club were also fined €100,000 (£88,000).

Panathinaikos were European Cup runnersup in 1971 and have won the Greek title 20 times.
