Brechin City Dods under fire

It was City’s last away game of a disappointing Championship season with no wins so far. With very few chances for Brechin in the first half, another inspired display by goalkeeper Graeme Smith in the Brechin posts kept the scores at 0-0 at half-time, but luck quickly turned against us and we went down 3-0 to Livingston.

With the fans again turning on manager Darren Dods, many are starting to question whether he should still be in charge for our League 1 push next season. Darren had free rein on this season, and I must agree with some of the fans’ negative points on his formations, tactics, leaving his best players on the bench and bringing on his subs with only ten minutes left or when we were already down and out in a game.
