Livingston Irrelevant defeat

-

The hard work starts now. We are only four games from a return to the top flight. Who could have envisaged that given our budget in comparison to our Championship rivals.

This weekend’s final league fixture at Tannadice is one we could do without. Having wrapped up second place last Saturday, David Hopkin rang the changes for the visit of Inverness on Tuesday. We lost for only the seventh time in the league this season but I don’t think anyone in the stadium really cared. The trip to Tayside carries a slightly different complexion as there is the possibility we could face Csaba Laszlo’s men in the play-offs. On behalf of all Livingston supporters I thank the manager and players for a memorable season – whatever the outcome.
