Body found in search for missing man

A body has been found in the search for a missing man in Perthshire.

Police Scotland said yesterday that the discovery of the body was made on Saturday at Kinnoull Hill in Perth.

The man has not yet been formally identified, however, a spokesman for Police Scotland said that the family of Colin Macdonald have been informed.

The 48-year-old had been reported missing from the city on 23 April.
