Film and television school opens doors

Scotland’s new film and television school has opened its doors and welcomed its first students.

National Film and Television School (NFTS) Scotland has been backed by £475,000 of Scottish Government funding and offers courses covering all aspects of film, television and games developmen­t at the BBC’S Pacific Quay and Dumbarton studios.

It is the first time that the UK’S NFTS has had a base outside the southeast of England.

Winning numbers in last night’s Lotto draw were 4, 8, 10, 26, 38 and 48, with bonus ball 41.
