Falkirk Hartley’s huge task

-

A bitterly disappointing season has finally ended. This will not be remembered as a successful campaign but hopefully one in which we look back and say this is when it all changed – for the better! Paul Hartley has a huge task on his hands as the fans eagerly await his first full season in charge with his own team. Already we have said farewell to some development players, our loanees and four first-team players. Hartley must be given the full backing of the supporters throughout this transitional period.

On Saturday we said farewell to a great ambassador of the beautiful game, Alex Smith. He will be remembered fondly at Falkirk. We wish him well in his retirement and thank him greatly for his hard work over the past nine years.
