Consultancy joins finance body during ‘pivotal’ time
Edinburgh-based CBS Consulting has joined Scottish Financial Enterprise (SFE) to expand its network and support the latter’s efforts in fostering financial services.
The consultancy firm was founded in 2006 by a team of former big-four consultants. It manages and delivers technology, regulatory and operational change across the UK financial services industry.
MD Eddie Curran said it decided at this “pivotal” point to join the representative body, saying the firm is “encouraged by the fresh approach SFE has taken to be more inclusive and progressive in helping to grow and develop the sector and we recognise how this approach can benefit our wider economy – for all sizes of business”.
SFE chief executive Graeme Jones said CBS has shown a “real desire to support initiatives being driven by our five-year Scottish Financial Services Strategy, which was developed by our member organisations last year, and we look forward to working with them”.
