Everything stops for tea…

The average afternoon tea, with all that whipped cream and butter, is a no-no for those on a vegan diet. Hurrah, then, for the new Pumpkin Brown Afternoon Tea at Cucina, available at the Radisson Collection Hotel, Royal Mile Edinburgh. It’s a collaboration between the Grassmarket cafe, Pumpkin Brown, and this five star hotel. For £25pp, expect goodies including mini blueberry and lemon cheesecake, chocolate tarts, rocky road tray bakes, juice shots, sarnies, quiches and scones with jam and their take on clotted cream.
