Lifeboat goes to the rescue of stranded yacht
An Oban lifeboat has been forced to go to the aid of a yacht with three people on board.
The yacht contacted the coastguard for help on Friday night after discovering a rope had fouled its propeller when it was just north of the uninhabited Insh island, west of the isle of Seil.
The lifeboat towed the vessel back to Oban where the local coastguard team helped the yacht to safely berth.
