Two killed as car and lorry collide

Two people have died and a number of others have been left seriously injured following a collision involving a car and an HGV lorry near Linlithgow.

The collision occurred at the A904 Champany Junction near Bo’ness at about 3:40pm yesterday.

Police Scotland confirmed there have been two fatalities as a result of the collision, with a number of others being taken to hospital for medical treatment. The A803 at Champany (A904) was closed in both directions as the recovery got under way.
