Book your ticket for the next Nurture Nature, Eat communal fine dining experience, on 18 and 19 May from 7pm, at Dalriada on Edinburgh’s Portobello Promenade, From the team behind Aelder wild elderberry liqueur, Buck and Birch, it will feature six surprise courses for £54.49pp, all of which celebrate Scotland’s wild larder, plus canapés (pictured) and petit fours. If you can’t make this one, there’s always 13 and 14 July, 14 and 15 September or 16 and 17 November.
