May holds talks with Iran president

Prime Minister Theresa May has held telephone talks with Iranian president Hassan Rouhani covering a range of international issues, Downing Street said. A spokesman for Mrs May said: “The Prime Minister reiterated the UK’S position that we and our European partners remain firmly committed to ensuring the Iran nuclear deal is upheld.”
