MPS hold silence for Grenfell victims
MPS held a 72-second silence for the victims of the Grenfell Tower tragedy at the beginning of a debate on the fire’s inquiry. The tribute came before MPS debated a petition which called on the Government to appoint additional panel members to the inquiry.
Conservative MP Paul Scully, who represents Sutton and Cheam, opened the Westminster Hall debate yesterday.
During the debate he also read the names of all 72 victims who perished in the tragedy.
