Couple beat thousands of entrants as lookalikes

- By TIM STEWART

A couple have beaten more than 3,000 entrants to be crowned Europe’s best Prince Harry and Meghan Markle lookalikes.

Briton Rhys Whittock, a property developer, and Spaniard Inmaculada Santisteban Serrano posed outside Buckingham Palace after being declared the most convincing doppelgangers.

The pair of 34-yearolds also rode in an opentop horse carriage complete with footmen after impressing a panel of judges with their striking resemblance to the royal couple.

They had impressed the judges with their regal wave, romantic wedding proposal and bridal bouquet throw ahead of this weekend’s royal wedding in Windsor.

The contest was organised by the airline Easyjet.
