Salford go for Alexander

English National League side Salford have appointed Scot Graham Alexander as their new manager.

City have moved quickly to secure the services of the former Scunthorpe boss following the departures of co-managers Anthony Johnson and Bernard Morley last week.

Alexander, sacked by Scunthorpe in March, will be assisted by Chris Lucketti.
