Remarkable Doolan

So it’s the play-offs for the Jags after a very nervy Saturday. The most pleasing aspect is that the boys did their job by winning at Dens Park. Yet again, Kris Doolan popped up with the only goal of the game. There are not enough words to describe how valuable he has been to us in his ten years. He has seen off competition for his place every season by doing what he does best, scoring goals. It’s a remarkable achievement to have hit double figures eight seasons on the trot.

Hopefully there’s more to come in our two games against Livingston. Make no mistake, these will be two very tough games against a well-organised team, but if the real Thistle turn up twice we should secure our Premiership status.
