Bairns swoop for Hornets midfielder
Falkirk have snapped up Watford midfielder Dennon Lewis on a one - year deal.
The Bairns fought off competition from the English Championship to land the 21- year-old, who has been a regular for the Hornets’ youth side this term. He spent the first half of the season on loan at Crawley Town, making 14 appearances for the League Two side, and was farmed out to Woking for the 2016/ 17 campaign.
Lewis joins the Bairns on a free transfer after his Watford deal expired and is Falkirk’ s third signing following the capture of Patrick Brough and Tom Dallison.
Meanwhile, Dunfermline have secured three players on new contracts. Defender Lee Ashcroft has penned a two-year deal, while January signings Lee Robinson and James Craigen have both signed on for another 12 months.
