Renault helps Scottish Natural Heritage go green with Zoe

Renault and Scottish Na tural Heritage have announced a deal to help SN H move towards an all- electric future.

The heritage body has has bought five Zoe pure EVS from the French manufactur­er in the first step to ditching convention­ally fuel led vehicles from its fleet. The new Zoes will be used as part of S NH’S pool fleet sin Edinburgh, Inverness, Perth, and Golspie.

Vincent Tour et te, man aging director, Groupe Renault UK said :“Being able to support Scottish Natural Heritage with the roll out of their electric vehicle pool cars is something wear every proud of. We listened to our fleet customers and introduced FleetZE experts in order to support fleet sin understand­ing the benefits and opp ortu ni ties Renault Z Em ode ls can offer. It’s great to see that this initiative is proving to be successful.”

Sigmund Craig- Gould, SNH’S fleet manager, said: “Climate change is a global concern, and we are trying to do our part to tackle its effects by reducing our carbon em issions.

“These zero emission electric vehicles will help us achieve our goals, and meet the Scottish Government’ s target of phasing out petrol and diesel cars and vans by 2032.”
