Investigation into alleged sex attack in city

An alleyway was cordoned off following an alleged sex attack in Dundee city centre.

The assault happened in St Pauls Court in the early hours of Monday morning, according to police.

The area connecting Seagate and Murraygate was taped off by officers.

A spokesman said: “Inquiries are at an early stage. We would appeal to anyone who was in this area late on Sunday into the early hours of Monday who saw or heard anything which they believe may be of interest to call us on 101 or speak with any police officer.”
