Park life: Property firm CEG snaps up offices to the west of Edinburgh

Property firm CEG has acquired The Stones Business Park in west Edinburgh for an undisclosed sum. The park comprises three detached open-plan office buildings – Cornerstone being fully let to Blyth & Blyth and Instant Offices, while the Broadstone and Forthstone Buildings are currently vacant. CEG – formerly Commercial Estates Group – said it would now manage a “comprehensive refurbishment” of these two buildings with work starting later this month. The Stones is sited close to Edinburgh Park.
