First Minister Nicola Sturgeon said she was “absolutely horrified” at an image showing government fisheries officer Deeann Fitzpatrick taped to a chair and gagged. Ms Fitzpatrick was allegedly labelled a ‘whistleblower’ by colleagues who, it is claimed, carried out the act and photographed her in 2010. @susan4leithwalk said: “‘Boys being boys’ and ‘Office banter’ This is why we need unions #zerotolerance and why #timesup”. @charlotteh71 said: “Horrific.
