Wish England well

Kenny Macaskill (Perspective, 24 May), tells us that ‘it’s not racist for Scots not to support England at football’. Well, that is big of you Kenny but I would have thought we Scots would wish our neighbour well? An SNP supporter not supporting England – now there is a surprise! WILLIAM BALLANTINE
