Stop the Clocks

It is a quarter of a century to the day since a certain band of Mancunians gatecrashed the bottom of the bill at King Tut’s and ended the night as Creation Records’ latest signings, so the venue is celebrating its most illustrious discovery with an evening of all things Oasis, including tribute band Stop the Clocks playing the setlist from that night (all four songs), a soundtrack of Oasis and Noel and Liam Gallagher tunes from the venue DJS, a screening of the Supersonic documentary and footage of the original gig projected throughout the venue for that “I was there” experience.
