Man arrested as suspicious death is investigated

A 21-year-old has been arrested in connection with the suspicious death of a man in Dundee.

Police were called to Brown Constable Street just after 9:30am on Friday after a member of the public raised the alarm.

The caller is thought to have raised concerns about the welfare of a man at the property, which is in an area popular with students.

Police cordoned off the road and initially treated the death as “unexplained”. On Saturday, officers arrested a 21-yearold man but said inquiries were ongoing.
