Telford Homes cheers record

London-focused housebuilder Telford Homes is celebrating record annual revenues and soaring profit on the back of continued demand in the UK capital.

Telford said pretax profit was up 35 per cent to £46 million in the year to 31 March, while revenue rose from £291.9m to £316.2m. The group added that it is well placed to top £50m in pre-tax profit next year.
