WELLWOOD Ronald (Ron)

(Edinburgh) After a courageous battle, Ron passed away peacefully, at the Royal Infirmary Hospital, on Sunday, May 27, 2018. Cherished and dearly loved husband of 63 years to Laura, loving, supportive and kind dad to David, Alison, Kenneth and Elizabeth. Proud and doting grandfather, great-grandfather and uncle. He was the very best of men and will be sorely missed. Formerly 5th Battalion Highland Light Infantry, teacher at Forrester, Niddrie Marischal and Castlebrae. Funeral service to be held at Seafield Crematorium, on Tuesday, June 5, at 11 am, to which all are very welcome. (South Queensferry / Edinburgh) Peacefully, after a short illness, surrounded by his family, on May 22, 2018. Beloved fiancé of Ann, dearly loved father of Laura and Jack and loving grandpa of Zach, James and Sam. Service to be held at Mortonhall Crematorium, Main Chapel, on Wednesday, June 6, at 12 noon, to which all are invited. Family flowers only, please.
