Ladies, please!

Once again my enjoyment of tennis is being ruined by the grunting of a considerable number of ladies.

It is some years since an “anti-grunting” penalty was supposed to be introduced. Can this be enforced, please, even if it means punishing the big names, who are far from innocent?
