Aid projects hit by fraud claims
Six cases of alleged fraud have been reported involving overseas aid projects funded by the Scottish Government.
Three involve Oxfam, still reeling from abuse scandal, with claims that senior staff used prostitutes while delivering aid in Haiti.
The alleged frauds involve thousands in inflated travel expenses, exaggerated utility bills and unauthorised cash advances. Cases relate to projects receiving international development funding in Pakistan, Tanzania, Malawi and Zambia.
