Dragons’ Den law firm to float

Knights, the law firm which was backed by Dragons’ Den entrepreneur James Caan, has confirmed it is to float on the stock market today in what would be the largest legal initial public offering (IPO) yet.

The flotation is expected to value the business in excess of £100 million.

Knights will be the second law firm to float this year, following City firm Rosenblatt and the fifth in total.
