SRU slammed for unfair dismissal
The father of a Scotland rugby international has won a case for unfair dismissal against the Scottish Rugby Union.
Keith Russell, father of Scotland stand-off Finn, was forced from his post as director of domestic rugby last May.
Judge Jospeh d’ inverno ruled that the Scottish Rugby chief executive Mark Dodson had no reasonable grounds for ousting Russell from his post in a move described as “substantively unfair.”
