Neuville wins speed test in Sardinia

Rallying World Rally Championship leader Thierry Neuville beat title rival Sebastien Ogier in the final speed test to win the Rally Italia Sardegna.

The Hyundai i20 driver won after Ogier finished 1.5secs adrift, with Esapekka Lappi third on the stage. Neuville scored the maximum 30 points available and so extended his lead to 27 in the overall championship standings.
