Brassed off: Musicians demand free tuition in schools

Musicians formed a “pop-up orchestra” in George Square in Glasgow yesterday to promote a petition to the Scottish Parlia ment calling for free musical instrument tuition in schools. The #changethetune campaign is being run by 54 organisations represented by the Music Education Partnership Group.
