Teen held over murder bid in West Lothian

A teenager has been arrested over an attempted murder in Whitburn.

A 22-year-old man was allegedly stabbed at around 5pm on Saturday in Union Road in the West Lothian town.

Police launched an investigation and a 19-year-old man has been arrested and charged over the incident.

Detective Sergeant Lee Mccall said: “Our thanks go to the local community for their support of our inquiries.”
