I’m quite sure I can recall from PMQS a few years back a rather pompous and sneering Angus Robertson on the floor of the house suggesting that if the UK Health Secretary wanted some tips on how to run a health service he should get in touch with Shona Robison for some advice. Cringeworthy at the time, it’s almost laughable now.
