Extension to bid for Regus owner

The takeover panel has given an extension to Starwood Capital and TDR Capital to make an offer for workspace provider IWG. The deadline has been extended to 21 July.

Earlier this week, IWG confirmed it was in talks with Terra Firma regarding a potential cash offer for the company.

Lone Star has also made a proposal for IWG, which is behind Regus.
