Dingwall distiller launches gin

A distillery branded the first in Scotland to be community-owned is launching a craft gin. Dingwall-based Glenwyvis Distillery produces its Glenwyvis Goodwill Gin with nine botanicals including locally grown hawthorn berries.

Master distiller Duncan Tait said future profits will be used to support community projects in the local area and beyond.
