I would expect an internal enquiry to find the leak.

Ian R Mcsherry Shame he has make those plans. Such is the price (and stupidity) of that race to the bottom called globalisation, where everything is driven by price or dividend, with insufficient thought about the service provided, its customers and security of supply somehow forgotten in the dash for cash. He is trying to ameliorate the last few decades of latching on to the latest (not so) hot idea, too often adopted with quasi-religous zeal, but not thought through properly.
