Woman cut free from car after lorry collision
A pensioner has been airlifted to hospital following a collision with a lorry on the A9 near Dunkeld.
The woman had to be cut free from the wreckage by fire crews after the crash at around8:30amonmonday morning near the Dalguise junction.
She was later transferred to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee. Her injuries are not thought to be lifethreatening.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue spokeswoman said: “Firefighters removed the roof of the car to assist with the removal of a female casualty, who was passed on to ambulance crews.”
