Luxury living on the Southside of Edinburgh

-

Suffolk Row, a collection of ten three- storey townhouses in Newington in Edinburgh’s Southside, is a development by Miller Homes which has just launched.

It is a quiet area, with substantial villas and tree- lined gardens, and the five- bedroomed townhouses have been designed to be sympathetic to their surroundings, with traditional exteriors, while the interiors are spacious and airy.

The layout in each of the homes includes features such as an oak staircase and a contemporary open- plan kitchen dining and living area.

Depending on the build schedule, buyers of selected plots can customise the kitchen, with a design service from Porcelanosa, and also their audio- visual preferences.

The kitchens will also come fully equipped with integrated appliances from Siemens.

A lower ground floor sees the family room opening out to the back garden plus a boot room, loo and garage.

Upstairs there are five bedrooms over two floors. The master bedroom leads onto a dressing area and ensuite.

Bedrooms two and three also have ensuites.
