Big Mac back on the ‘menu’ at aquarium

Staff at St Andrew’ s Aquarium are celebrating the return of a six-foot mackerel statue that disappeared under mysterious circumstances.

The model – nicknamed Big Mac – has been standing guard outside the Fife visitor attraction for the past four years.

It went missing following recent graduation festivities.

John M ace, managing director of St Andrews Aquarium, said :“He’ s looking a little bit worse for wear after his recent adventures, but once he’s had some attention he’ll be back outside.”
