inclusivity, not more excuses for division! One of Scotland’s leading experts on diabetes has called for a national prevention strategy to tackle the disease ahead of an international congress in Edinburgh.

By default, when I read the advice of an expert, I reject it. In this case, diabetes, as far as I’m aware, is not a disease, but I’m not an expert. I believe diabetes is a disorder. They are not the same thing. It’s well-known disorders can be reversed and reversed without allopathic medicine.

Miniso Good strategy. My doctor took me off the Metformin after just three week of being on a lifestyle change. I have lost over 16 pounds and 3+ inches around my waist in a month. The truth is we can get off the drugs and help myself by trying natural methods.
