On the move: Turner & Townsend takes space at Edinburgh’s Atria office building

Property consultancy CBRE has secured a new tenant for the Atria office building in Edinburgh’s Exchange District on behalf of landlord Deka. Turner & Townsend has taken space on level two in Atria One, extending to some 5,800 square feet of grade A space, on a ten-year lease. The firm, which offers services including project and cost management and procurement, has been operational for more than 70 years and employs almost 5,000 people across 104 offices worldwide. It is currently fitting out the space and is expected to take occupation this month.
