On the move: Turner & Townsend takes space at Edinburgh’s Atria office building

Property consultanc­y CBRE has secured a new tenant for the Atria office building in Edinburgh’s Exchange District on behalf of landlord Deka. Turner & Townsend has taken space on level two in Atria One, extending to some 5,800 square feet of grade A space, on a ten-year lease. The firm, which offers services including project and cost management and procuremen­t, has been operationa­l for more than 70 years and employs almost 5,000 people across 104 offices worldwide. It is currently fitting out the space and is expected to take occupation this month.
