-

Police are hunting a man who caused “considerable damage” to a business by setting fires at the premises two days in a row.

The man entered Raeburn Drilling and Geotechnical Ltd in Whistleberry Road, Hamilton, at about 6am on Sunday and started a fire within the yard.

The next day, he entered the yard at around 4am and started another fire. Police said the fires caused “considerable damage” to the family-run business.

The man is believed to be aged between 20 and 30 and was wearing a dark hooded tracksuit, with a white logo on the chest.
