Sepa investigates Glasgow fuel spill
Environmental watchdogs are investigating after a fuel spill in the River Kelvin in Glasgow.
A fuel slick hundreds of feet long was identified “clinging” to the water beside the Riverside Museum on Sunday.
The Scottish Environment Protection Agency (Sepa) is inspecting the damage to determine if the spill will impact local wildlife.
Investigators are trying to trace the source of the spill.
Sepa said, “We are working with the Harbour Authority and other partner organisations to identify the source.”
