Every effort both politically and legally must be used to prevent this. I don’t even need to look at the plans to know that there is something very fishy about it.
Gustav Gustavsson
I couldn’t imagine buying one of these houses, regardless of their merit.
Big Dafty
Big question, will anybody be able to afford them.
IMACOMPUTERBUDDIE
If it goes ahead I hope the houses he builds are good quality with some architectural merit and reasonably spaced. Unlike the majority of the highdensity, poor-quality Lego housing estates being thrown up in and around Aberdeen.
City Loon
What are houses to do with the development of a golf course and hotel? Developers buy or own land with no planning permission. Tout to the local authority as a big investment. The real money from the investment comes from the massive profit made from converting land never intended for housing into a housing estate.
Cagey
All those promises about investment and jobs to get the permission in the first place and still nowhere near what was promised. Par for the course for anything Trump is involved in – lots of noise, no substance.
Dunnomuch
