Flying the flag: World Down Syndrome Congress arrives in Glasgow

Some of 1,200 delegates attending the World Down Syndrome Congress 2018 at Glasgow SEC carry a few of the 70 flags representing their countries at the launch of of the event, which is being held in Scotland for the first time.
