-

A car valet worker is recovering from an attack by two hooded men armed with machete-type blades.

The 19-year-old was targeted at his place of work in Springburn, Glasgow, on 19 July.

Two men travelled to Keppochhill Road in a stolen Mini before entering the premises at around 3:30pm, with hoods covering their faces.

Police said they were carrying bladed weapons which were “possibly machetes”.

The victim was treated for injuries to his upper body and leg before being released from hospital.
