Tenants wanted for rejuvenated park pavilion

Tenants are being sought to take over the running of the brand new pavilion at a major park in Helensburgh.

The chance to run the pavilion’s new cafe at the refurbished Hermitage Park is on offer for an annual rental of £25,000.

Argyll and Bute Council has asked that would-be occupants are able to commit to a ten-year lease.

The pavilion will be the centrepiece of the park’s £3.3 million regeneration.
