New commercial director role at Stewart Milne Homes unit

The firm has appointed Niall Campbell as commercial director for its central Scotland division to support plans for continued growth across the region. Bringing more than 20 years’ experience to the role, Campbell has held positions with a number of other developers. Since 2008, he has been a quantity surveyor, then senior surveyor, for Stewart Milne Homes Central Scotland. In his new role, Campbell will oversee the division’s quantity surveying, estimating and procurement teams and will be responsible for driving several new tenders, with upwards of 600 units, through to completion.
● Graeme Toolin has been appointed to the role of finance director at Together Energy, the energy provider based in Clydebank. Formerly group chief finance officer at management consultancy Vision Group, Toolin joined Together Energy in March in an interim position before his role was made permanent. Before his 13 years with Vision, he was financial controller for Scotland with global fruit supplier Fyffes. Clare Sturla seen its customer base surge in recent years.
● A new regional support officer for south-east Scotland and the Bordershasbeenappointedbyscottish Land & Estates. Clare Sturla joins the land-based business organisation from the Scottish Association of Young Farmers Clubs (SAYFC), where she served as agri and rural affairs manager. Before her time at SAYFC, Sturla worked for MPS at Westminster as well as being time employed in public affairs in Brussels and in policy events and conferencing in Edinburgh.
● RSM UK, the audit, tax and consulting firm, has announced the appointment of Claire Leece as the regional audit managing partner for Scotland. Leece, who joined the firm in 2003, is an audit and assurance partner with significant experience working with ownermanaged businesses, charities and educational organisations in Scotland. She succeeds Alex Tait as regional audit managing partner for the north-east of England and Scotland, following his appointment as regional managing partner for Scotland and Northern Ireland.
