Two stabbed in ugly Ibrox brawl

Two men were in hospital last night after being stabbed during a fight between rival groups of fans close to Ibrox Stadium in Glasgow. The incident happened in the lead-up to the Europa League qualifier match between Rangers and Croatian side Osijek,

Police reported that two men, aged 24 and 40, were found injured and were taken by ambulance to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for “treatment to stab wounds”. Medical staff described their conditions as stable.
